expertise in on-line analyzer maintenance and operations can assist
you in keeping your analyzers working at peak performance and
building your team's confidence in your analyzers accuracy.
AquatiPro will
change how your plant relies on your costly and valuable water
instrumentation and ensure the successful monitoring, alarming and
deployment of your chemistry program. Our team is dedicated to
minimizing your down-time and eliminating the possibility of an
undetected problem. At the conclusion of each visit, the service
technician will provide the plant with a service report that

Field Service
The trouble shooting
professional service offered by AquatiPro will get your analyzers up
and running as fast as possible and our work is guaranteed. Services
include: trouble-shooting, on-site assessments, upgrades,
refurbishments, electrical diagnostics, consulting, and quality
assurance testing by a qualified service technician. In most cases
spare parts will be brought on-site, saving your plant time and
money. |

For more complicated
and demanding service needs, AquatiPro LLC provides in-house

Monthly/Quarterly
Service
A
service technician will perform all routine maintenance-tubing
replacement, reagent replenishment, sample flow/filter system check,
calibration and the necessary accuracy and quality assurance
verifications. Plant chemists and maintenance personnel will be
briefed on-site of service performed and required. A follow-up
service report will be supplied to all e-mail participants. |
Annual/Bi-Annual Service
A service technician will perform
annual or bi-annual maintenance in addition to routine monthly and
quarterly service requirements. Electrical diagnostics and
alignments, sensor refurbishments, calibrations, drift factor
determination, quality assurance and accuracy certification will be
performed and reported. |
Start-Up
If you are commissioning analyzers for
the first time, AquatiPro will get you off to a good start with it's
Start-up and commissioning programs. The technician will bring up
each analyzer and perform a complete evaluation of the analyzer
while training plant technicians on basic operation and maintenance. |
Onsite Training
For those who have the manpower to
"do-it-yourself" and only need the technical expertise in training
and customizing a preventative maintenance schedule for your staff,
AquatiPro offers training solutions. Classroom training includes a
PowerPointŪ presentation that is specifically customized to
your analyzer product mix, in addition to hands-on training on
monthly, quarterly and yearly PM's and quality assurance testing. In
addition to the PowerPointŪ presentation, each staff member
attending the training will receive a manual that is a printout of
all the slides. |
